Buenas tardes , he hecho un pedido en esta tienda de más de 600 eur en el mes de mayo ,y desgraciadamente la aduana lo ha devuelto a Korea ,y según su política deberían de haberme devuelto el dinero! Son muy poco serios llevo más de 3 semanas intentando contactar a través de mails y mensajes y ni siquiera han tenido el interés de responderme! No son nada serios ! Espero que en breve me devuelvan el dinero ! Si no lo hacen pondré otra reseña desfavorable,! No los recomiendo comparado con otras tiendas mucho más serias y responsables koreanas !
Buenos días ,por fin después de 2 meses me han devuelto el dinero de mi pedido en la cuenta Pay Pal así que tengo que darle las Gracias y lamento que la Aduana española ha devuelto el pedido !

I ordered a Kona N rear spoiler, so far so good, but the sides were already broken, these parts are separately and are screwed to the spoiler, but according to the dealer they cannot be obtained separately. Further efforts on the part of dealers to find a suitable compensation are not offered. I can't recommend buying Hyundai parts here!

Absolute Empfehlung habe schon drei Bestellungen da getätigt und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Lieferung erfolgte immer in der angegebenen Zeit. Zahlung ist absolut sicher. Per E-Mail zuverlässig zu erreichen. Produkte waren immer sauber verpackt und entsprachen auch der Bestellung. Lieferung gut zu verfolgen.
Letzte Bestellung kam sogar innerhalb von nur 2 Tagen in Deutschland an und dabei habe ich die günstigste Versandart gewählt!!!! Es liegen auch immer Kosmetik Proben dabei.
Ganz toll,kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich werde auch weiterhin da bestellen.👍

I ordered a parcel of cosmetics and shop 365 sent me the wrong item - essence instead of a serum. I informed them about the mistake immediately and asked how this mistake can be fixed. They mentioned that the product was updated and now there’s only essence no serum (even though this essence and serum are listed on the website and are available for sale) - “playing with people’s intelligence” is the worst instead of admitting the mistake. Then after long discussion they offered me to send the item back to them so they can refund it - the shipment cost is 50 USD double the price of that product. I asked whether they would cover this shipment since this is their fault and they refused. Negative experience and customer service + the fact that they lie about product update to cover their mistake is terrible 😩
